i'm crystal, the person behind rainbao ♡ (•̀ᴗ•́ )و
i'm an illustrator and art tutor who messes around with writing and game design. i love learning and thinking about how people can be involved and empowered in the things they want to be, whether that's through knowledge, skills, or simply making things available for them.
any money i get from running rainbao will go towards making cool (and free) projects for people who need them. so far i've made:
- articles on art, education, sociology and mental health
- life-altering, a choose-your-own adventure game (contact me for access - cw SA)
- a drawing-based board game i probably shouldn't mention since i'm unsure if it's fun enough to actually share
and am slowly working on a game about trauma recovery (it'll be so fun, i promise). all of these things have been sporadic and free to access, and with extra money i can make them less sporadic, still free, and higher quality. if you'd like to help fund these and other future projects, you can do so through my ko-fi.
